Del Webber responded to my clay forms with fiber and other materials. All pieces made between October 2017 - May, 2018.
From 1995-1998 Mel Chin formed the collective, the GALA Committee, that produced In the Name of the Place, a conceptual public art project conducted on American prime-time television. I was very fortunate to be invited to join them when they learned from the producers that an artist character (Samantha) was to be written in to the show.
